My name is Sara Lopez. I am the main creator for this blog and YouTube videos. The main reason I came up with this blog was because if what I've been going through. I thought I was alone and going through a tough stage in my life, but when I opened up, it turned out that I was NOT alone. I had people beside me that went through my same situation.

My name is Elena. I’m Sara’s older sister, I’m married and have a 3year old child. I also work as a city bus driver. Having an 8 or more hour shifts and being a wife and a mom full time can be a real drag. Sometimes it’s good to come out and/or express the way we feel. As women we need to hear each other out, we need to be heard by a friend, husband, mother, father or I this case a sister. Don’t be afraid to talk. I’m glad that I was there for my sister. Im happy that she had that trust in me to tell me what she was going through. Not only that but I also got to talk and let her know about what I was going through, encouraging one another with our thoughts and acts. Many times in life we are going to have to go through tough times, emotionally, mentally, physically etc. I know I do, I’m human.
So let‘s build our self up and try to learn to enjoy the moment we are living right now because yesterday was the past,today is the future and tomorrow is a present. And loving your self is taking care of yourself.
